THETECHNOLOGY OF THE RATING
Monthly we do the surveys of visitors of the restaurants of Moscow, Saint-Petersburg and other cities of Russia, West Europe and North America – the clients of “Restaurants Rating”. Restaurants are estimated by 4 categories: cuisine, interior, service, “price/quality” ratio on 10 point scale.

Gives useful information for owners and managers of the restaurant business concerning the perception and estimation their establishments by visitors, as well as information concerning the service quality, rendered by their colleagues and consultants;
